Eloise Greenfield will be on the "Fifth Annual Picture Book Panel Discussion," at Politics
On May 7, 2017 at 5:00 pm, Eloise Greenfield will take part in the "Fifth Annual Picture Book Panel Discussion," at Politics & Prose Bookstore (5015 Connecticut Ave NW, Washington, DC 20008 - tel. 202-364-1919). The title of the discussion is "Journeys: The Power of Picture Books to Transport" and two of her titles -- THE GREAT MIGRATION: JOURNEY TO THE NORTH (HarperCollins) and IN THE LAND OF WORDS: NEW AND SELECTED POEMS (HarperCollins), both illustrated by Jan Spivey Gilchrist -- will be featured.
The other panelists will include Jorge Argueta, Shane Evans, Corinna Luyken and Namrata Tripathi, the Editorial Director at Dial Books for Young Readers/Penguin.
